• Tessa is a highly skilled business professional with a successful and progressive sales and marketing career spanning 20 years with major corporations, such as American Express and Avis Rent a Car.  She has a Business Studies qualification, holds an advanced Diploma and Accreditation in professional coaching, awarded by The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest coach training organisation and is a facilitator on their courses.  She has also done a further intensive Corporate and Executive coach training with 2 of the UK’s top Corporate & Executive coaches, Neil and Vicki Espin.  Tessa also holds qualifications in the practice and theory of Counselling.

• Tessa has extensive experience gained at all levels of management with Global, Multinational and National companies in varied market sectors.  She has an in-depth knowledge of new business acquisition, product development, relationship management, and all aspects of marketing, as well as an in-depth understanding of organisational pressures.   Throughout her career Tessa has successfully coached and mentored work colleagues.

• As a result of her passionate belief that coaching offers huge benefits to organisations and to individuals, using empathy and highly developed communication skills, Tessa is specialising in providing professional coaching services on a 1:1 or Team basis to Executives and Managers within organisations of all sizes and to individuals.  In addition, she is offering training in the areas of Stress Management, Communications skills, Goals & Motivation and Assertiveness. The purpose of coaching is to improve the performance and unlock the potential of all the individuals.
